GBStatusSaver respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our app and visitors to our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and similar international laws, we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice via email containing the following information:

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. The exact URL or location on our website where the allegedly infringing material is located
4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court

5. Response Time

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 7 business days. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it (if applicable).

6. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

7. False Claims

Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. We recommend consulting with an attorney before filing a notice.

8. App Content

GBStatusSaver does not host any user-generated content. The app helps users save status content from their own WhatsApp/GB WhatsApp installations to their personal devices. We do not store this content on our servers. Copyright concerns about content saved through our app should be addressed directly to the original poster.
